Scope: 72 performers in teams of six, visited retail venues across the country

Reach:

  • First contact: 1,000,000 consumers sampled
  • Word of mouth 25% at 1:2; 25% at 1:4; 50% at 1:3 = 6,000,000
  • Total Reach: 7,000,000 people

Result: Organics Shampoo experienced an increase in market share of 4.73%, placing them only 0.2 share points behind Pantene.
